Mr. Jeyalal Jeyaseelan was a HSE Engineer (Oil & Gas) in heavy engineering construction projects like Oil Storage Terminals construction and Off Shore Piping at Nico International Hydrospace LLC, Fujairah. Before joining Nico International, Jeyalal was a HSE Engineer in underground pipeline laying projects at Overseas AST Company LLC(AST) , Dubai for two years. Prior to AST, Jeyalal was a Safety officer for Marson BioCare Pvt Ltd which is an Bio- Fertilizer manufacturing plant in India for two and half years. Jeyalal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India. He had completed NEBOSH (International General Certificate in Occupational Safety & Health), UK. and an Registered Safety Advisor by Nakeel –EHS, Dubai. He is an Authorized trainer for OSHA 10 Hrs & 30Hrs Outreach Training on Construction Safety By US, Dept. of Labor.

Mr.R.Balasubramanian, having 8 years of experience in the Quality Control and Quality Assurance in Construction sector as well as Concrete and Soil Lab. He has been with Building Technology Centre, Anna University for 5 years as a Lab In Charge as well as administration. His well known expertise is in the area of Concrete Mix design with Chemical and Mineral Admixtures, He had been involved in lot of research activities in the various Chemical companies such as FOSROC, BASF, CeraChem and McBauchemie during his research studies. He worked with M/s.Emas Engineers and Contractors and M/s.Simplex Infrastructures Ltd as Senior Quality Control Engineers for Mega Projects. He studied and worked under the guidance of Dr.A.R.Santhakumar, Former Dean of Civil Engineering, Anna University and Emeritus Professor, IIT. He had a very good experience in abroad at Afghanistan, U.S Army Base at Kabul. He worked with the cold weather concrete, executed lot of design mixes.
